Direct marketing
We would like to inform you that in accordance with the new Law of Georgia On Protection of Personal Data the rules of direct marketing are changing. In particular, the changes relate to the receipt of promotional messages.
You may opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time or re-opt to receive messages from both Cellfie and partners/contractors by replying to the SMS message received from 95207 (detailed instructions are contained in the text of the message) or by using the following combinations:
- If you want to receive promotional messages from Cellfie only, dial *525*1#
- If you want to receive promotional messages from Cellfie partners and contractors, dial *525*2#
- If you want to receive promotional messages from Cellfie and it’s partners and contractors, dial *525*3#
- If you do not want to receive promotional messages from Cellfie and it’s partners and contractors partners and contractors, dial *525*4#
Your consent to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes by Cellfie (Cellfie Mobile Ltd, TIN 204450584) means that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set out below:
Direct marketing includes providing you with information about Cellfie's and various companies' products, services, promotions, discounts and offers to you throughout the period you use your number, via SMS, voice or other forms of electronic communication (including but not limited to mms, email).
In order to carry out direct marketing, we may process the following data about you: subscriber number, e-mail, location, age, gender, information relating to your use of our products and/or other data in order to tailor communication with you to your interests as much as possible.
If you opt-out of receiving promotional messages, we will stop processing your data for direct marketing purposes, which means that you will no longer receive promotional messages from Cellfie, or Cellfie's partner/contractor companies, or none of them, whichever specific company you do not wish to receive promotional communications from.
Opting out of receiving promotional messages from us will not prevent other communications service providers from sending you SMS messages. You must opt out of receiving such messages directly in accordance with their policies.
Informational (system) SMS messages, such as balance top-up/exhaust, service activation/deactivation, etc., will be sent to you as before. The same principle applies to SMS about banking transactions.
