Privacy Notice for Cellfie Applicants

When submitting a job application, we („Selfie Mobile“ LLC, I/C 204450584) as the Employer, collect your personal data.

 

Data that We Collect

By submitting an application, you provide us with the following information: name, surname, email address, contact number, residence information, your personal profile(s) on social networks, and other information voluntarily provided to us in the resume form (photo, occupation, education, work experience, etc.).

 

Purpose of Data Processing

The purpose of processing of your personal data is to review your application, evaluate your qualifications, and align them with the announced  vacancy.

Legal Basis for Data Processing 

Submitting your application implies your consent to process the above-mentioned data. This consent is the legal basis for data processing.

 

Data Disclosure

In order  to process your application, your personal data is transferred  to an authorized entity outside the country, which assists us in consolidating your data in one location and managing your data. In other words, it provides us with technical services and processes data exclusively for our purposes. The confidentiality and security of your personal data are ensured through an agreement entered into with the mentioned entity.

 

We may also disclose information about you as required by law, to investigative and other government authorities.

 

Data Retention In the event that you are not selected for a specific vacancy , we will retain your resume for the purpose of reviewing and considering it for future job openings. For this purpose, we will store your personal data for a period of 2 years. The information will be automatically deleted after the specified period.

 

If you do not wish for us to continue processing your resume, please contact us vacancy@cellfie.ge in writing We will cease the processing of your data within 10 business days from the receipt of your request and notify you accordingly.

 

Data Security

We have implemented appropriate security measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. Access to your information is restricted, and access is granted only to individuals who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

 

Your Rights

You have the right to request information about the data we store about you. If you believe that the data we have is incomplete or inaccurate, you can request correction or amendment of the information.

 

You have the right to demand the termination of processing your personal data and the deletion of such data.
