საკუთარი ანგარიშიდან თანხის გადარიცხვისთვის მომხმარებელს აღარ ჭირდება ე.წ. USSD კოდის დამახსოვრება. მომსახურებით სარგებლობა შეუძლია ბილაინის ნებისმიერ მომხმარებელს, როგორც საქართველოში, ისე როუმინგის დაფარვის ზონაში. 

To transfer money from their accounts, subscribers do not need to remember the so called USSD code. Any Beeline subscriber can use the services in Georgia as well as in the Roaming Coverage Area.

During 2018, the MyBeeline application was updated several times and it was more suited to the customer's needs and requirements. The application already distinguishes a physical person and corporate client and displays a different interface to the latter where the user sees all the packages and services available within its corporate tariff. Upon updating the application, Beeline users can also: get specially designed personal offers such as bonus for filling the balance, discounts and bonus on internet package activation, or a special tariff plan, etc.

With MyBeeline application, Beeline subscriber receives full self-service and can: transfer money, enable services and tariffs, check balance and service status, view expenses in detail and store bank card data if desired. The app is available on both iOS and Android and Windows Mobile.

2018 წლის განმავლობაში  MyBeeline აპლიკაციის განახლება რამდენჯერმე მოხდა და ის მეტად მოერგო მომხმარებლის მოთხოვნებსა და საჭიროებებს. აპლიკაცია უკვე არჩევს ფიზიკურ პირსა და კორპორატიულ კლიენტს და უკანასკნელს განსხვავებულ ინტერფეისს აჩვენებს, სადაც მომხმარებელი ხედავს მისი კორპორატიული ტარიფის ფარგლებში ხელმისაწვდომ ყველა პაკეტსა და მომსახურებას. აპლიკაციის განახლების შედეგად ბილაინის მომხმარებლებს ასევე შეუძლიათ: მიიღონ სპეციალურად მათთვის შექმნილი პერსონალური შეთავაზებები, როგორებიცაა ბონუსი ბალანსის შევსებაზე, ფასდაკლება და ბონუსი ინტერნეტპაკეტის აქტივაციაზე, ან სპეციალური სატარიფო გეგმა და სხვა.

MyBeeline აპლიკაციის მეშვეობით ბილაინის აბონენტი იღებს სრულფასოვან თვითმომსახურებას და შეუძლია: ჩარიცხოს თანხა, ჩართოს მომსახურებები და ტარიფები, შეამოწმოს ბალანსი და მომსახურებების სტატუსი, დეტალურად იხილოს ხარჯები და, სურვილის შემთხვევაში, საბანკო ბარათის მონაცემებიც შეინახოს. აპლიკაცია ხელმისაწვდომია როგორც iOS-სა და Android-ზე, ისე Windows Mobile -ზე.
