We continue to strengthen our network to provide faster and more reliable connectivity across cities and regions.

Over the past two months, our network engineers have worked tirelessly and added 25 new base stations to the network:

• 11 macro sites were deployed in Guria, Adjara, Imereti, Racha, Shida Kartli, and Tbilisi. These sites expand network coverage and are especially noticeable while traveling, improving call quality and ensuring a more stable internet connection on the move.

• 14 micro sites were added in high-traffic areas of Tbilisi where connectivity issues had previously occurred, including Gldani, Varketili, Temka, Lotkini, Nutsubidze, and Beliashvili. These sites strengthen network performance during peak hours when many people are using the internet simultaneously.

We also have updates from Tbilisi. Existing sites have been modernized in areas where hundreds of thousands of people live and work, including Gldani, Saburtalo, Didi Dighomi, Temka, Dighomi Massif, Ortachala, Orkhevi, Vazisubani, Lisi, Digomi Village, Varketili, Krtsanisi, Lilo, Airport Settlement, Didube, and Sanzona.

In practice, this means:

• Faster loading of online content and videos
• More stable video calls without interruptions
• Faster file uploads and downloads
• Better network performance even in crowded areas during peak usage

The results of these upgrades are reflected in customer feedback as well. In the first quarter of 2026, customer satisfaction increased by 72% compared to the previous 12-month period.
