The past year proved strategically extremely important for us. Our focus on strengthening the network delivered a result that laid the foundation for entirely new digital opportunities across the country. We became the first telecom operator to begin implementing 5G in the Georgian market.

 

Key stages of strategic development:

• Obtaining a 5G license: Cellfie became the first operator in Georgia to acquire the license required to implement 5G, thereby establishing its status as a technological pioneer
• Continuous network upgrades: Hundreds of base stations were modernized across the country, fundamentally changing data transmission speed and quality. From April to today, we added 132 new stations and carried out full modernization of 85, which has already increased internet speed by 25% and network capacity by 32%
• Digital ecosystem: The MyCellfie application was updated and today is one of the highest-rated telecom apps on the market, making service management easier and more convenient for users. Within the framework of the strategic partnership with Vodafone, a loyalty platform was added to the application, which is the first in the Georgian telecom market.

 

Main indicators of 2025:

It was precisely last year that technological investments and the fundamental modernization of the network produced real, tangible results. Our goal was not only to expand the coverage area; our main focus is connected to building the infrastructure of the future, one that responds to the challenges of the modern digital economy.

 

This transformation had a direct impact on the customer’s everyday experience, which is best reflected in the following indicators:

 

• Growth in network power: Internet speed increased by 25%, while network capacity increased by 32%
• Growth in NPS (Net Promoter Score): The customer satisfaction index increased by a full 15 points compared to the previous year and reached an unprecedented level
• Fastest-growing telco in Georgia: In 2025, we received an award from Global Banking & Finance in the category “Fastest Growing Telecom in Georgia.”

 

Network upgrading does not stop for a single day. Our main goal is for the customer to receive uninterrupted connectivity not only in Tbilisi, but also in the regions, tourist zones, and high-mountain settlements.
