Cellfie Mobile is a co-chair of the Decent Work Platform, an initiative of the UN Global Compact Network Georgia.

The platform aims to strengthen decent work standards in the business sector and provides member companies with the opportunity to systematically develop practices related to dignity at work, prevention of discrimination, fair remuneration, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Within the platform, planned working meetings and activities will support companies in deepening their knowledge and aligning their operations with international and local standards. Cellfie Mobile will share its own experience and practical approaches in promoting workplace dignity and fostering an inclusive environment.

Cellfie Mobile has been a member of the UN Global Compact Network Georgia since 2023 and actively contributes to strengthening the role of the business sector in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

During the meetings, companies will discuss:

• Overview of court practice: grounds for termination of employment relationships
• Decent work in practice: employee training, skills development, and artificial intelligence
• Children’s rights and business principles: safety of products and services
• ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work: safety and health for all
