Dimitri Shughliashvili has been appointed CEO of Cellfie Mobile in March 2024. Prior to that, Dimitri held the position of Chief Technology Officer, uniting the general technical and information technology departments.
Dimitri joined Cellfie Mobile in 2016. Together with his team, Dimitri implemented a number of transformative projects at Cellfie, including the launch of the first 5G network in Georgia, in cooperation with the world’s leading technological company Nokia. The preparation of the project was followed by a large scale contract signed with a success in 2021. Dimitri and his team together with Ericsson, digitally transformed Cellfie Mobile's customer service and billing systems into a single system. After long preparatory works, the mentioned transformation resulted in a migration of several dozens of different platforms to one, in just 24 hours.

Mariam Kopadze assumed the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Cellfie Mobile in March 2024.
Prior to her tenure at Cellfie Mobile, Mariam held the esteemed role of Chief Operating Officer at Making science·Sweeft, a prominent software company. Preceding this, she garnered extensive experience within the telecommunications sector, serving in various capacities, ultimately culminating in her appointment as Deputy Chief Commercial Officer at a telecommunications firm. Notably, Mariam also held pivotal roles at Cellfie Mobile, including Head of Marketing, over the years, contributing significantly to her comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications industry. With more than 12 years of industry expertise, Mariam is a seasoned professional in her field.
Throughout her distinguished career, Mariam has spearheaded numerous critical projects, notably overseeing two distinct digital IT transformations, encompassing BSS and customer-oriented channel enhancements.
Mariam is an alumna of the University of Georgia's J. McRobinson College of Business, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Equipped with a diverse skill set spanning product management, marketing strategy, business planning, analytics, and project management, Mariam is poised to play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of Cellfie Mobile's digital strategy.

In 2015, Irakli was appointed Head of the Legal Department at Cellfie Mobile. He is responsible for legal and regulatory matters as well as relations with government bodies. Obtaining the first ever 4G license in Georgia and implementing Customer Data Protection according to the international standards within the company, are credits of Irakli and his team. For several years, Irakli chaired the Sanctions and Export Control Committee of the then Veon Group at the international level.

Lela has held the position of CPAO at Cellfie Mobile since 2007. Lela's human capital management experience spans many years and several industries. Before joining Cellfie Mobile Lela served as a Chief HR Managing Officer at the biggest Georgian pharmaceutical company PSP Group, and prior to that as Head of HR Management Department at UGT, a leading company in the IT and communications field. Lela also had experience in the banking sector, specifically at Bank Republic (Societe Generale Group).
Lela is one of the founders of the development of human resources management as a profession in Georgia and she spends a lot of time teaching the new generation in this field. During Lela’s and her team's tenure at Cellfie Mobile, modern digital recruiting solutions were successfully implemented and Cellfie Mobile was one of the first companies in Georgia to use Facebook Workplace for internal communication. Under Lela's leadership, the company has implemented a value system that the company is based on to this day.
Lela lectures at several of Georgia's leading higher education institutions and is a member of the Senate of the HR Professionals Association.

Sopo has managed Public Relations at Cellfie Mobile since 2018. Prior to joining Cellfie Mobile, Sopo worked as Director of Public Relations, Internal Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility at JSC Bank of Georgia, a leading bank in Georgia. Sopho joined Cellfie Mobile at a particularly dynamic time, when the company was embarking on an important technological upgrade, innovating digitally and transforming itself into a digital operator. From the banking sphere, Sopo soon adapted to a new field – technology and became a full member of the team. Her team and she have implemented Beeline image campaigns and introduced new communication channels and the company has become one of the shapers of the economic news agenda in the country.

Ia has worked as an Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Cellfie Mobile since 2017. Prior to that, she was a Compliance Officer at the same company. Ia’s and her team’s work at Cellfie Mobile is related to the implementation and development of compliance - a new field for the Georgian market. Ia was not only able to successfully develop the necessary ethics and compliance mechanisms, policies and procedures at the company, but she did this adhering to the highest international standards. At the time, Cellfie Mobile was one of the first companies of the then Veon Group to implement the multipoint plan necessary to fulfill the requirements of the U.S. Department of Justice. Today, Ia continues to successfully manage Ethics and Compliance, which she has already made an integral part of the company.
Ia holds an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association.

Marika Chabukiani was appointed a Customer Experience Manager at Cellfie Mobile in 2018. Prior to that, Marika was a leader of the telephone customer service team at the same company. Marika's career with Cellfie Mobile began in 2007. Her in-depth knowledge of the company and the industry helped Marika to establish the Customer Experience direction, which was new not only for the company but also in the Georgian market. In addition to Marika’s great story of being promoted from an opening to a management position within the company, she is associated with the introduction of a world-renowned customer experience platform Medallia. Cellfie Mobile was the first company in Georgia to adopt Medallia which is now used by the leading companies on the market. Marika is responsible for a customer’s entire “journey” with Cellfie Mobile - from becoming a subscriber to further development. Marika is actively involved in the introduction of all new products and she is the first to try them out, before a delivery to customers in its completed form. Marika is a certified service trainer and conducts trainings for Cellfie Mobile customer service staff.

Irakli Chedia joined Cellfie Mobile in 2023 as a CFO.
Before joining Cellfie Mobile, Irakli served as Head of Corporate Credit Risk Analysis at Bank of Georgia JSC. Irakli's experience in the financial sector totals 17 years and includes various positions at the leading Georgian financial institution.
Irakli joined Cellfie Mobile in the process of introducing a new brand and developing digital technologies. Irakli immediately switched from the specifics of the banking sector to the needs of the telecommunications industry and provides strong support to the company in implementing fundamental changes.
Irakli is a Master of Business Administration with a major in finance. Thanks to his many years of experience in finance and risk, Cellfie Mobile successfully continues to introduce the latest standards to the Georgian telecommunications industry.

Levan Sopromadze joined Cellfie Mobile team in 2024 as the Chief Information Security Officer. Before joining Cellfie, Levan led the IT department at the National Bank of Georgia, where he significantly contributed to the organization's technological advancement and the development of cybersecurity systems. Prior to that, Levan held the position of Head of IT Infrastructure and Communications at one of Georgia's leading banks, JSC Bank of Georgia. Throughout his career, Levan has held leading positions in information technology at telecommunications companies such as MagtiCom and Caucasus Online.
Levan possesses in-depth knowledge in strategic planning, leadership, and information technology. His diverse skills are perfectly aligned with the specifics of the telecommunications sector. Levan's strategic vision and practical approach are fully in line with Cellfie Mobile's goals to implement modern, secure technologies for sustainable growth and innovation.
