Cellfie Mobile continues to develop its network to provide users with stable, fast, and convenient connectivity at any time, every day. The results of continuous upgrades are reflected in increased customer satisfaction — in Q1 2026, compared to the previous quarter when a record level was already achieved, customer satisfaction increased by 10%, and by 72% compared to the same period last year.

During the first three months of 2026, Cellfie added 33 new base stations to its network and upgraded 40 existing ones. In total, 73 new and upgraded stations mean broader coverage and a stronger network in areas where users rely on connectivity the most. This upgrade ensures more stable and faster connectivity for thousands of users every day.

The new infrastructure has been deployed in both urban and regional areas as well as high-traffic tourist locations — including Imereti, Adjara, Kakheti, Kvemo Kartli, and Tbilisi, such as Batumi, Mtirala, Telavi, Vejini, Rustavi, and Gldani.

It is also important to openly address cases where the user experience was temporarily affected. During the network upgrade process, new resources were introduced as part of a long-term network strengthening strategy. These changes led to temporary connectivity instability in certain regions, including increased call drops and reduced internet speeds. Once identified, the upgrade process was adjusted, and network performance returned to stable levels. Further works are planned in a way that ensures such changes remain largely unnoticeable for users.
