Georgia’s First ISO-Certified Anti-Bribery and Compliance Management Systems
Cellfie Mobile has become the first company in Georgia to receive ISO 37001 certification for its Anti-Bribery Management System and ISO 37301 certification for its Compliance Management System. As on many previous occasions, the company has once again raised the bar for alignment with international standards in the country.
ISO 37001 is an international standard that sets out the requirements for establishing an effective anti-bribery management system and aims to prevent, detect, and address bribery risks. ISO 37301 defines the framework for a compliance management system, ensuring that an organization’s activities conform to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Obtaining these certifications confirms that the company’s governance processes fully comply with international best practices in transparency, ethical conduct, legal compliance, and risk management.
“We are very pleased that the many years of work invested in implementing best practices in ethics and compliance at Cellfie have been recognized with the highest distinction in the form of ISO 37001 and ISO 37301 certifications. These standards further strengthen our internal processes, increase the trust of our partners and customers, and confirm that Cellfie manages its operations responsibly and transparently. I am especially proud that these certifications were awarded for the first time in Georgia specifically in the telecommunications sector,” said Ia Mameishvili, Head of Ethics and Compliance at Cellfie.
